Refund Policy
At GrooMaster, we take pride in offering high-quality professional grooming products at affordable prices. In rare instances where a customer may wish to exchange or cancel an order, the following policy will apply.
Exchange Request

Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

Products must be unused, uninstalled, undamaged, and in saleable condition with original packaging, price tags, and labels intact.

Approval of the exchange is at the sole discretion of GrooMaster, and is subject to the availability of the selected replacement item.

The replacement item must be of equal or higher value than the original purchase.

GrooMaster may conduct an inspection to assess the product condition before approving the exchange.
Return Request

Returns are accepted only in the case of a material defect or product damage.

An unboxing or unpackaging video is mandatory to process return requests.

Any external damage to the package must be recorded on the delivery acknowledgement at the time of delivery.
Cancellation Request

Orders cancelled within 24 hours of placement will receive a full refund.

Cancellations made after 24 hours will incur a 10% restocking fee on the order value.
