Refund Policy

At GrooMaster, we take pride in offering high-quality professional grooming products at affordable prices. In rare instances where a customer may wish to exchange or cancel an order, the following policy will apply.

Exchange Request

  • Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

  • Products must be unused, uninstalled, undamaged, and in saleable condition with original packaging, price tags, and labels intact.

  • Approval of the exchange is at the sole discretion of GrooMaster, and is subject to the availability of the selected replacement item.

  • The replacement item must be of equal or higher value than the original purchase.

  • GrooMaster may conduct an inspection to assess the product condition before approving the exchange.

Return Request

  • Returns are accepted only in the case of a material defect or product damage.

  • An unboxing or unpackaging video is mandatory to process return requests.

  • Any external damage to the package must be recorded on the delivery acknowledgement at the time of delivery.

Cancellation Request

  • Orders cancelled within 24 hours of placement will receive a full refund.

  • Cancellations made after 24 hours will incur a 10% restocking fee on the order value.
