Shipping Policy

Order Processing Time

All orders placed before 2 PM, Monday to Friday, are processed and dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2 PM will be dispatched the next business day. Orders placed over the weekend or on public holidays will be dispatched on Monday or the next business day.

Shipping Delays

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will notify you via email or phone.

Delivery Address & P.O. Boxes

Please ensure your delivery address is entered correctly at checkout. Once the order is placed, we are unable to modify the shipping address.
Note: We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Groomaster is not responsible for any customs duties or taxes applied to your order. All charges imposed during or after shipping—such as tariffs, taxes, or customs duties—are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Damages

Groomaster is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. Please retain all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing.

International Shipping

We currently do not ship outside India.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this information to track your shipment directly on the carrier’s website.
